READ RVA is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Manager of Constituent Engagement to deepen connections with our community of donors, funders, and supporters.

The Manager of Constituent Engagement partners closely with the CEO, staff, and volunteers to strengthen communication, engagement, and relationships across READ RVA’s stakeholder community. This role leads marketing and communications efforts, supports key events, manages prospect research, and ensures CRM data integrity and reporting. The position also plays a key role in donor stewardship and recruitment, particularly for new and small- to mid-level donors—while supporting the CEO’s major gift efforts.
