CARITAS Names READ RVA Community Partner of the Year

CARITAS CEO, Karen O’Brien, CARITAS participant Calvin, and volunteer Suzanne Long recently took part in READ Between the Wines, a quarterly seminar series from READ RVA that raises awareness about adult literacy and its deep connection to social justice and opportunity.

Literacy opens doors - to employment, stability, confidence, and second chances. We’re grateful to share space in conversations that remind us how powerful words, stories, and education can be.
